We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in legal accounting or working with law firms. Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal accounting regulations and standards.
• Work closely with clients to address their accounting needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Clio, or similar programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
